The following penalties can be applied in the event of a total or partial cancellation and changing the dates of your stay:
-From the booking date to 90 days before the arrival date: 0% of the total amount for the stay 
-From 89 to 20 days before the arrival date: 20% of the total amount of the stay 
-From 19 to 7 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total amount for the stay 
-From 6 days to the day before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount for the stay 
-On the day of your check-in or no-show: 100% of the total amount for the stay 
The final balance for the stay must be paid at check-in with cash, credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or traveler’s checks in euros.
If you would like to pay by credit card please add on 5% to the total price for banking and service fees.
